Overview

Own the vision, backlog, and delivery of digital products for clients in government, semi-government, and private sectors.

Connect client stakeholders with delivery teams and guide releases from discovery to adoption, targeting measurable value.

Key responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Prioritize the backlog and translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate client workshops, demos, and steering updates as the link between clients and delivery teams.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies with the Scrum Master and collaborate with architects and UI/UX designers.
  • Set and track product KPIs; use post-launch data to guide improvements.
  • Coordinate UAT and evaluate completed work against acceptance criteria.
  • Manage scope, timelines, trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.
  • Maintain requirements, release notes, and user guides for handover and adoption.
  • Support proposals and pre-sales with product scope, estimates, and delivery approaches.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years in digital product delivery, including 3 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on web or mobile platforms.
  • Experience owning a backlog and writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Experience with senior client or business stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog tools, plus Confluence and Figma or equivalent.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
