Role Overview The Candidate will be responsible for owning and driving end‑to‑end product lifecycle management for assigned digital payment products and value‑added services. The role requires strong ownership across product strategy, requirements definition, delivery coordination, go‑to‑market execution, and ongoing optimization, working closely with technology, sales, operations, risk, compliance, and external partners.

This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, with accountability for delivering scalable, compliant, and commercially viable products across the Middle East and other strategic markets.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business and regional objectives.
  • Translate business goals, regulatory needs, and market opportunities into clear product initiatives and priorities.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer feedback analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.

Product Development & Delivery

  • Own product requirements (BRDs / PRDs / user stories) and work closely with technology teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
  • Prioritize backlog in alignment with business impact, regulatory timelines, and delivery capacity.
  • Work in Agile / hybrid delivery models, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and release governance.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Act as the primary product point of contact for internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance).
  • Manage product dependencies with external partners, vendors, schemes, and technology providers.
  • Support partner onboarding, due diligence, and product readiness activities.

Go‑To‑Market & Commercialization

  • Lead product launch readiness including pricing, commercial models, sales enablement, collateral, and training.
  • Support sales teams with product positioning, client pitches, RFP/RFI responses, and solutioning.
  • Work with marketing and business teams to ensure effective product adoption and revenue growth.

Performance & Governance

  • Define and track product KPIs covering adoption, revenue, operational performance, and customer experience.
  • Monitor product performance post‑launch and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure products comply with regulatory, scheme, security, and risk requirements (e.g., CBUAE, card schemes).

Experience Key Skills & Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in product management within payments, fintech, banking, or digital financial services.
  • Strong exposure to card payments, wallets, remittance, VAS, or digital payment platforms,Crypto,
  • Proven experience managing products from ideation to launch and scale.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of payment ecosystems, schemes, processors, and regulatory environments.
  • Analytical and data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑dependency environments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
