About the Role

Cvent is seeking a senior Product Manager for its Hospitality Cloud team.

The role owns a complex product domain across enterprise integrations, cross-functional delivery, strategic roadmap leadership, and AI-first product development.

The position requires strong execution, stakeholder trust, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Strategic Product Leadership

  • Own the product roadmap and connect it to measurable OKRs and business outcomes.
  • Lead problem and solution discovery with internal stakeholders, integration partners, and enterprise customers.
  • Drive go-to-market readiness from inception through launch, adoption measurement, and post-release iteration.

AI-First Product Thinking

  • Use AI as a standard lens during discovery and ask how AI can improve proposed solutions.
  • Own AI-powered feature development, including evaluations and measurable outcome tracking.
  • Use AI tools to improve product workflows and ensure AI features meet responsible AI standards.

Execution and Platform Health

  • Drive sprint hygiene, backlog health, service-level monitoring, production defect tracking, and delivery accountability.
  • Manage third-party vendor integrations, deliverables, bottlenecks, and technical issue resolution.
  • Use Mixpanel, ProductBoard, Sigma, or similar tools for data-driven prioritization and product measurement.
  • Write clear requirements and user stories with functional, non-functional, security, data compliance, and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Leadership

  • Own product decisions, escalation paths, and remediation of deviations in the product domain.
  • Align Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, UX, leadership, vendors, and enterprise customers.
  • Present roadmap progress and risks clearly to leadership.

What We Are Looking For

  • 9–12 years of experience, including 5 or more years in SaaS product management.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Gainsight PX, Pendo, or similar.
  • Hands-on AI product development experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and enterprise software ecosystems is a plus.
  • Strong product sense, software development and system design knowledge, analytical ability, ownership, communication, and influencing skills.
