About Aligned AI
Aligned AI develops AI orchestration intended to deliver frontier-class capabilities at lower cost for company-wide deployment.
Its orchestration evaluates requests, selects suitable models and execution patterns, and verifies outputs.
Products include a consumer assistant, a developer API, and custom enterprise deployments.
Team
The early team is based in Lehi, Utah, and is building both the orchestration platform and the business.
Role
Own a major area of the Aligned AI product and help establish product-management standards across the organization.
Define strategy, lead cross-functional execution, and be accountable for business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own product-area strategy through execution and measure results.
- Set and defend the roadmap and write specifications that resolve ambiguity for engineering.
- Establish discovery and research practices grounded in user and customer needs.
- Lead execution across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams and remove blockers.
- Help establish product specifications, prioritization, and outcome-evaluation practices.
- Use market and competitive insights to inform product and pricing decisions.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience at a technology company, with ownership of large product areas from strategy through outcomes.
- Experience setting roadmaps and defending evidence-based prioritization decisions.
- Strong writing and communication; experience producing specifications and briefs used to build products.
- A record of shipping products with measurable business outcomes.
- Preferred: experience in one or more of consumer subscription products, developer-facing APIs, or enterprise software.
- Preferred: experience as an early product hire building a product function from scratch.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in or near Lehi, Utah; candidates working remotely from within the United States are also considered.
Compensation
- Annual base salary range is $150,000 to $250,000, with eligibility for equity.
- Individual pay depends on job-related skills, experience, and location.
