Role Summary

Drive the development and execution of product initiatives that enhance customer value and align with business objectives.

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product solutions aligned with market needs and company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for assigned product lines or features.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams to define and launch new features or products.
  • Engage customers, sales, and customer success teams to gather feedback and validate concepts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and usage data to inform prioritization and product evolution.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage dependencies, risks, and communication across teams.
  • Contribute to organizational frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Define success metrics and align measurable product outcomes with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in product management, including ownership of product lines or features.
  • Background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven success developing and scaling products in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle tools, and data-driven decision-making.
