Key Responsibilities

• Translate integration vision into a prioritized roadmap and backlog.
• Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements based on impact, feasibility, and delivery readiness.
• Align integration delivery with digital strategy and member experience goals.
• Define product features mapped to

• Provide structured updates to the Product Lead and key business stakeholders.
• Act as the primary integration point of contact for partners, vendors, and regulators.
• Share learnings and best practices across product and technology communities.

Requirements And Qualifications

• **Bachelor’s degree**
• in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
• **5–10 years**
• of relevant experience, including at least
• 3 years
• in Product Management, Integration Product Ownership, or Solution/Integration Consulting within healthcare, health insurance, or healthcare technology.
• Demonstrated experience delivering
• B2B healthcare integrations
• with:
• pharmacies, laboratories/diagnostic centers, medical equipment/IoMT vendors, regulators, and/or HIS/EMR platforms
• Strong understanding of
• payer–provider workflows

• eligibility, pre-authorization, claims submission/adjudication, e-prescriptions, lab orders/results, and clinical/device data exchange
• Ability to translate partner, regulatory, and business needs into:
• integration product requirements,
• API specifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical, clinical, vendor, and regulatory audiences
