Product Manager, Global iGaming Company, Dubai
About This Role
Own and manage the product roadmap for the online platform, balancing commercial goals, technical capabilities, and user experience.
- Work closely with development teams on in-house built systems, ensuring scalable architecture and continuous product improvement.
- Manage and optimise integrations with external game providers, aggregators, and content platforms.
- Oversee payment provider integrations (fiat and crypto), ensuring smooth deposit/withdrawal flows and high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver features that support user acquisition, retention, and monetisation.
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and actively participate in sprint planning and delivery.
- Analyse product performance using data and user behaviour insights to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Continuously improve user journeys across registration, onboarding, payments, and retention flows.
- Ensure all product development aligns with compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into scalable product solutions.
