About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify trends and user needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
• Define product KPIs and monitor product performance using analytics and data insights.
• Drive product launches and collaborate with marketing teams for go-to-market strategies.
• Gather customer feedback and continuously optimize product offerings and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to prioritize initiatives and align expectations.
• Lead product discussions, sprint planning, and roadmap reviews.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• **5–8 years of overall experience in Product Management.**
• **Mandatory 3+ years of hands-on experience in the E-commerce domain.**
• **Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, customer journeys, and digital product ecosystems.**
• **Experience managing products through the complete product lifecycle.**
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with
• tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Understanding of
• customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
• **Exposure to marketplace, retail-tech, or omnichannel commerce solutions is a plus.**
