The Product Manager leads product strategy, innovation, and market growth, connecting market needs, technology, and customers.
Product strategy
- Build the product roadmap around market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Lead product positioning, lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategy.
Market and collaboration
- Research global markets across renewable energy, PV, storage, and power solutions.
- Turn customer requirements into product improvements and new opportunities.
- Work with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and sales to speed up product development.
- Support product launches, technical materials, and global marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years in product management, renewable energy, electrical equipment, or a related industry.
- Strong market analysis and project management skills; able to communicate effectively with global teams.
- Fluent English is a plus.
