About This Role
Overview
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Eyewa s consumer app and web platforms.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and design to development, launch, and post-release optimisation.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Growth teams to deliver impactful product initiatives that enhance user engagement and conversion.
Use data-driven insights and user research to prioritise features, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve user experience.
Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and technical deliverables.
Collaborate with leadership to align product initiatives with Eyewa s commercial goals and growth strategy.
Monitor key metrics (engagement, retention, conversion, and NPS) to assess product success and inform iteration cycles.
Stay ahead of market and technology trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Product Management, within a consumer tech, e-commerce, or app-based company.
Proven experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products (web and mobile apps).
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user journeys, and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, feature rollout, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience
working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Passionate about innovation, customer experience, and high-growth digital products.
Omnichannel Experience is a plus
Arabic Speaking is a plus
