Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic

Product Manager

to drive marketing strategy and brand growth within the

Hair Care category

.

The role focuses on achieving top-line and bottom-line targets through effective marketing planning, brand building, and execution of integrated marketing strategies.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term
  • brand and marketing strategies
  • Drive brand growth and market share within the Hair Care category
  • Plan and execute campaigns aligned with business objectives

Target Achievement

  • Deliver
  • revenue (top-line)
  • and
  • profitability (bottom-line)
  • targets
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies to ensure business growth

Market Research & Insights

  • Identify research needs and manage external research agencies
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to understand consumer behavior
  • Track competition, consumer trends, and market dynamics

Marketing Analysis

  • Analyze sales performance and profitability metrics
  • Monitor media effectiveness and campaign ROI
  • Provide insights for continuous improvement

Marketing Mix Development

  • Develop and implement all elements of the
  • marketing mix
  • , including:
  • Communication & advertising strategy
  • Consumer and trade promotions
  • Media planning and execution
  • Packaging development
  • Pricing strategy
  • Product development initiatives

Agency Management

  • Manage and coordinate with advertising, media, and research agencies
  • Ensure optimal utilization of budgets and resources

Education

  • MBA from a
  • premier institute

(Essential)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

Experience

  • Minimum
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in FMCG
  • Experience in
  • Hair Care / Personal Care category preferred

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
