About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Software Product Manager to join our team.
As a mid-level professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our software products.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Feature Definition: Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to provide updates on product progress and gather feedback.
- Launch Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance through key metrics and user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve product-related challenges and ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for product features, roadmaps, and processes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Aha!, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of software technologies and APIs is a plus.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the software or technology industry.
- Proven experience in defining and launching successful software products.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
