Role Description
This is a part-time Product Manager role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility to work from home.
The Product Manager will define product vision and strategy, translate business objectives into clear product roadmaps, and align priorities with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user and market requirements, writing detailed product specifications and user stories, and coordinating with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases.
The role involves tracking product performance through data and feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
The Product Manager will also support go-to-market planning, collaborate with marketing and sales, and ensure that product decisions are grounded in measurable outcomes and user needs.
Qualifications
- Strong product management skills, including roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and requirements definition.
- Experience in user research, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making to inform product direction.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing) and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans.
- Familiarity with agile or iterative development methodologies and common product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working in a dynamic, growing organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant product management certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in technology, digital products, or startups is preferred; experience in the Dubai or regional market is advantageous.
