What you’ll own
- Drive products from idea to launch through requirements, design, development, testing, and iteration; coordinate teams and remove blockers.
- Set roadmap priorities using customer needs, commercial opportunity, competitive position, regulatory feasibility, and development effort.
- Coordinate Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and leadership; clarify ownership and dependencies.
- Implement company-wide Jira workflows, boards, and reporting; train teams and improve adoption, visibility, accountability, and execution.
- Assess requirements and feasibility for new regulated products and business lines and turn opportunities into executable plans.
- Document product flows, operating models, system capabilities, and customer journeys for regulatory applications and discussions.
- Study leading platforms and work with Design and Engineering to improve customer experience and usability for retail users.
Who they’re looking for
- Experience implementing or managing Jira, designing workflows, and driving adoption across teams.
- Take initiative, follow through, and deliver in an early-stage company; move between strategy and execution and turn ambiguity into clear plans.
- Connect product decisions to adoption, revenue, and customer loyalty.
- Use competitor research, customer behavior, and data to inform product recommendations, with strong interest in UI and UX.
- Communicate clearly with technical teams, compliance professionals, executives, and external stakeholders.
- Experience in fintech, digital assets, payments, brokerage, banking, or another regulated technology business is highly valuable.
- Experience working with regulators or building regulated financial products is a major advantage.
