Role Description
The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery and ongoing optimization.
Responsibilities
include defining product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features, and maintaining a clear, data-informed backlog aligned with business goals.
The role involves collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
The Product Manager will track and analyze product performance, gather feedback from users and internal teams, and use these insights to drive continuous improvement and new feature development.
The role also includes preparing product documentation, supporting go-to-market plans, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
Qualifications
- Product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, and requirements definition.
- Experience with user research, customer discovery, and gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations) and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Competence in data analysis, using metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and guide prioritization.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable information.
- Familiarity with agile or other iterative development methodologies and related tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Background in software, cloud solutions, or digital products; experience in digital transformation or technology consulting is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
