Role Description
The Product Manager will serve as a critical link between creative, operational, and technical teams to develop and deliver innovative projects for THE BOOK CLUB Sofia.
Responsibilities
include defining and executing product strategies, overseeing project timelines, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the smooth implementation of campaigns and events.
This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, where team collaboration and remote tasks are balanced, offering the flexibility to work both from the office and home.
Qualifications
- Product Management, Planning, and Strategic Thinking skills
- Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills
- Experience with market research and trend analysis
- Understanding of content creation and engagement in the fields of literature, arts, and culture
- Proficiency in digital tools, including project management platforms and communication tools
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a hybrid environment (remote and office-based)
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in Business, Marketing, Arts, or related fields
- Passion for literature, cultural events, and community building
- Previous experience managing literary or cultural projects is a plus
