- Cerchiamo un/una Payroll Product Manager con ottima conoscenza tecnica di paghe e software paghe (es. Zucchetti, TeamSystem, o equivalenti) per:
- Gestire e prioritizzare la board di Jet Engine, il nostro payroll engine proprietario
- Guidare discovery di prodotto su tematiche complesse del payroll italiano
- Collaborare con il team tecnico e i consulenti di dominio per definire cosa costruire, in quale ordine e perché
- Profilo ideale: 2–5 anni in elaborazione paghe, assistenza o implementazione di software paghe, o esperienza con software di gestione finanziaria, ERP o Fintech.
- Offerta: €40–60k (in base all’esperienza).

Sono ore passate a decifrare normative, riempire moduli, attendere approvazioni e correggere gli inevitabili errori umani.

Cosa farai
Entrerai nel team di
Jet Engine
, il payroll engine proprietario di Jet HR, nonché il progetto più strategico dellazienda.
Il Jet Engine è il motore che calcola e genera i cedolini dei nostri clienti.
Ora è in forte crescita, con lambizione di scalare enormemente.
Il tuo ruolo sarà un ibrido tra
Product Manager
e
Esperto di dominio payroll
: porterai conoscenza operativa del mondo paghe e la userai per prendere decisioni di prodotto migliori, più velocemente.
Nel Concreto Ti Occuperai Di
- Discovery di prodotto e dominio, anche su tematiche complesse del mondo payroll (adempimenti, CCNL, casistiche contrattuali, voci paga)
- Gestire la product board e la prioritizzazione di prodotto
- Definire requisiti funzionali per nuove feature, traducendo processi reali di elaborazione paghe in specifiche di prodotto
- Bilanciare le urgenze operative con le iniziative di prodotto a medio-lungo termine
- Gestire il backlog di Jet Engine: triaging, prioritizzazione e definizione delle card
- Collaborare con altri team, principalmente Jet Studio, per le iniziative che toccano entrambi i prodotti

- Un/una Payroll Product Manager che ci aiuti a rendere Jet
- operativamente impeccabile
- per chi fa paghe ogni giorno.
Nel Concreto, Cerchiamo
- 2–5 anni di esperienza da Product Manager in un contesto legato alle paghe (studio paghe, consulenza del lavoro, product specialist su payroll software, consulente applicativo paghe), o su software di gestione finanziaria, ERP o Fintech.
- Conoscenza solida di processi e adempimenti payroll italiani.
- Familiarità pratica con software paghe (es. Zucchetti, TeamSystem, o equivalenti) e con i relativi flussi di import/export.
- Voglia di farti il c**o. Stiamo costruendo, costruendo, costruendo - non è mai facile.
- Cosa offriamo
- €40.000 - €60.000 di RAL.
- Full remote. Per davvero. Puoi lavorare da dove vuoi, basta che sia in una timezone compatibile con l’Italia. Se vuoi, il nostro ufficio a Milano è sempre pronto ad accoglierti.
- Due volte l’anno abbiamo un offsite di 3 giorni, tutto pagato da Jet.
- Ownership. Dimentica lunghi passaggi di approvazione: in Jet HR, sei tu l’owner dell’output finale. Avrai massima autonomia e responsabilità.
- Lavorerai su cose importanti. Tra pochi anni Jet HR potrebbe gestire lo stipendio di un italiano su cinque, e tu sarai una parte fondamentale di questa missione, in un momento di grande crescita.
- Start-up environment. Non è una startup qualsiasi, ma una ben finanziata e zeppa di talenti. In 6 mesi vedrai e contribuirai a progetti che altrove vedresti in anni (forse), con un altissimo livello di responsabilità e coinvolgimento.
