Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our MVP - AI-first mobile property advisory platform tailored for the UAE real estate market but with a mindset of global.
The ideal candidate will own the product vision, strategy, marketing, roadmap, and execution for a next-generation property discovery experience that leverages artificial intelligence to help users find, evaluate, and transact on residential and commercial properties more efficiently.
You will work closely with engineering, design, AI/ML, data, marketing, and stakeholders to build a market-leading mobile application that transforms how people search for homes and investment properties across the UAE.
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the product vision
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities within the UAE real estate ecosystem.
- Conduct competitive analysis of property portals, proptech platforms, and AI-enabled consumer applications.
Ai Product Development
- Design AI-driven user experiences including:
- Conversational property search
- Personalized property recommendations
- Smart property matching
- Natural language search
- AI-powered property summaries
- Investment and affordability insights
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to define model requirements, training data, evaluation metrics, and continuous improvement processes.
- Drive adoption of generative AI features while ensuring reliability, transparency, and user trust.
Mobile Product Management
- Lead end-to-end product development for cross platform.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize features using data, customer feedback, and business impact.
- Manage product backlog and sprint planning in collaboration with engineering teams.
User Experience & Customer Insights
- Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and market research.
- Analyze user behavior to optimize onboarding, engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Define and monitor customer journey metrics and key product KPIs.
Real Estate Market Integration
- Develop features supporting:
- Property search and filtering
- Agent and broker interactions
- Rental and sales transactions
- Property valuation insights
- Mortgage and financing integrations
- Map-based property discovery
- Ensure alignment with UAE real estate regulations and industry practices.
Analytics & Growth
- Define and track product success metrics including:
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Conversion rates
- Search-to-lead conversion
- User retention
- Recommendation accuracy
- Revenue growth
- Use data-driven insights to improve user engagement and platform performance.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with founders, executives, engineering, design, marketing, and real estate partners.
- Present product strategy, progress, and performance to leadership.
- Coordinate with external property listing providers and ecosystem partners.
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business
- , Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in mobile consumer products.
- Experience launching and scaling mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML-powered products and generative AI applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Success Metrics 3 Months
- Experience in PropTech, real estate marketplaces, classified platforms, or fintech products.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate market dynamics.
- Experience with recommendation systems, search technologies, and conversational AI.
- Familiarity with property listing data models, CRM integrations, and lead generation platforms.
- Experience working with location intelligence, maps, and geospatial products.
