Job Summary
We are seeking a
dynamic and strategic Product Manager
to lead the promotion and expansion of our
Vibration Isolators
portfolio.
This role will focus on growing our business across the
GCC and international markets
, developing strong relationships with
consultants, contractors, distributors, and project stakeholders
, and driving product awareness and specifications in key projects.
Key Responsibilities
- **Business Development:**
- Promote Vibration Isolators to consultants, contractors, and developers across GCC and other regions.
- Identify, appoint, and manage
- new distributors or agents
- in untapped markets.
- Develop market entry strategies for emerging regions and build long-term channel partnerships.
- Work with Sales managers and regional heads to take reports of projects they are working on, specify and make sure Vibration isolators are in the project.
- **Project Engagement:**
- Visit project sites to provide technical support, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure Hira products are
- specified and approved
- in major HVAC, MEP, and infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with project engineers and consultants to understand design challenges and recommend tailored vibration isolation solutions.
- **Marketing & Strategy:**
- Conduct
- market research
- to identify trends, competition, and pricing strategies.
- Support product marketing, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Provide inputs for new product development or enhancement based on customer and project feedback.
- **Technical & Training Support:**
- Conduct training sessions and seminars for distributors and internal sales teams.
- Prepare technical submittals, datasheets, and compliance documents as per project requirements.
- Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to improve product performance and competitiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering
,
Civil Engineering
- , or related field.
- Minimum
- 5–8 years of experience
- in HVAC, MEP, or building materials industry.
- Proven experience in
- vibration isolation systems
- , or related mechanical products preferred.
- Strong network of consultants, MEP contractors, and distributors across the GCC region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to
- travel frequently
- across GCC, Middle East, and other international markets.
