W4SMS Digital Messaging & Communication Solutions Ltd. operates within the digital communications and messaging solutions sector, providing SMS-based platforms, API integrations, and communication tools that support business engagement and notification systems.
We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee product operations, coordinate platform development initiatives, and ensure the effective delivery of messaging solutions. In this role, you will manage workflows, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement of digital communication services.

Key Responsibilities
Product Operations Management
- Oversee daily product-related activities and workflows
- Ensure alignment between product features and operational needs
Process Coordination
- Support development and improvement of product workflows
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams
Performance Monitoring

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports and maintain product-related records

What We Are Looking For
Experience
- 5–9 years of experience in product management, operations, or related roles
Skills
