What You Will Do
- Own product execution and translate business, technical, operational, and compliance requirements into executable delivery plans.
- Support integrations with centralised exchanges, OTC trading desks, and decentralised liquidity services.
- Coordinate asset availability and infrastructure initiatives while tracking dependencies, decisions, risks, and requirements.
- Support wallets, gas sponsorship, transaction broadcasting, and other scalable on-chain infrastructure services.
- Support roadmap development and prioritisation using data, value, customer impact, risk, and engineering constraints.
- Contribute to custody, wallet, routing, best-execution, settlement, monitoring, and risk-management capabilities.
- Use data to evaluate performance and identify product or infrastructure improvements.
Must-Have Experience and Skills
- Experience in product management, product operations, treasury, finance, business analysis, technical programme delivery, or a similar role.
- Ability to take problems from initial requirements through structured execution.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and turning complex or ambiguous requirements into clear actions and priorities.
- Strong product thinking and analytical skills, including trade-off analysis and data-supported decision-making.
- Genuine interest in crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Previous exposure to crypto or fintech infrastructure, liquidity management, exchange or OTC integrations, stablecoins, custody, wallets, or DeFi protocols.
- Familiarity with regulated financial products, crypto compliance requirements, blockchain infrastructure, or high-value financial transaction products.
