Product Manager

Role overview

Product strategy and discovery

• Define and own roadmaps for Agentic AI products across key verticals; shape vision for autonomous agents using LLMs, machine learning, RPA, and computer vision.
• Conduct customer discovery, competitor analysis, and market validation; turn enterprise pain points into scalable product features and flows.

Execution and collaboration

• Work with engineering and AI/ML teams to scope and deliver features using agile methodologies; prioritize backlog, define epics and user stories, and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Collaborate with design, sales, marketing, and solutions teams to drive adoption and revenue; lead product demos, internal enablement, and client presentations.

Governance

• Define post-deployment AI agent governance frameworks covering ownership, monitoring, and compliance.
• Ensure ethical and reliable AI agent performance in enterprise environments.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI, automation, or enterprise software.
• Experience working with or building AI-powered products involving LLMs, computer vision, RPA, or machine learning.
• MBA or degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear roadmaps and features; technical depth to work with engineering and data teams.
• Familiarity with APIs, workflows, and system integrations; excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Process automation experience in manufacturing, chemicals, pharma, or logistics is a plus.
