Join us in shaping the future of animal health as our next Product Manager – Avian for Saudi, Gulf & East Africa (SAGEA), based in Riyadh.
You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and impact.
Your work will directly influence our brand success, customer satisfaction, and market leadership in the Avian segment.
The role reports to the Business Unit Head Avian.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for assigned products, aligned with global objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide strategic portfolio decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead pricing strategy development and implementation to optimize market competitiveness and profitability..
- Conduct market research and provide accurate sales forecasting and demand planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead impactful product launches from planning through execution—ensuring cross-functional alignment, market readiness, and successful uptake.
- Deliver technical and product support through engaging training sessions and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate SOPs, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine; Master’s in Marketing is a plus.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in Animal Health, with a proven track record of strategic execution.
- Poultry experience is a plus; proven ability to lead successful product launches is a must.
- Strong foundation in strategic marketing and portfolio management.
- Solid understanding of the Animal Health industry, market drivers, and customer needs.
- Business fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
- Demonstrated agility in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
