Product Manager, Agent Enablement

Role Overview

Product Leadership

• Lead a complex product area by defining success, prioritizing problems, and selecting strategies.
• Define product vision and roadmap, drive milestones, resolve blockers, and improve team effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and decide when to start or stop investment.
• Create shared strategies across adjacent product areas and resolve dependencies.

AI Product Execution

• Evaluate whether AI is the optimal solution and articulate trade-offs, risks, and second-order effects.
• Develop AI-native strategies with comprehensive evaluations and data strategies for continuous improvement.
• Define and run evaluations to interpret model outputs and adjust execution based on learnings.
• Use AI-enabled tools to build artifacts for product prototyping, validation, and delivery.

Collaboration and Communication

• Influence partner functions, resolve divergent goals, and communicate strategy and progress clearly.
• Mentor product managers and cross-functional team members on AI-native practices.
• Lead credible technical discussions about system and architecture trade-offs.
• Gather user research and market analysis to inform product decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in product management.
• Experience deriving product direction from production data, evaluations, telemetry, and user failure modes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across a full product line and driving milestones and goals.
• Proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts.
• Experience with AI evaluations, monitoring, and data strategies for deployed AI systems.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent degree; STEM is preferred but not essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related technical field.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and deliver measurable efficiency or quality gains.
• Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices.
• Ongoing development in prompt engineering, context engineering, agent orchestration, or emerging AI technologies.
• Experience deploying and operating conversational AI in regulated, high-volume, or mission-critical environments.
