We are looking for experienced
Product Owners (Senior / Manager level)
to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of high-impact digital and AI-enabled products.
This role will focus on shaping customer-centric solutions powered by advanced technologies, including AI/ML integrations, across large-scale enterprise platforms.
This is an ideal opportunity for product leaders who can combine strong business acumen, customer-first thinking, and deep collaboration with engineering and AI teams to deliver scalable, intelligent, and data-driven solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, and leadership to define product direction and ensure successful delivery.
You will play a key role in driving AI adoption within products—supporting initiatives such as AI integration, model-driven features, and validation of AI outputs—while ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and regulatory considerations.
This is a
contract role with strong potential for extension
, supporting mission-critical AI and digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value and customer impact
- Define and drive the product roadmap, translating vision into epics, features, and user stories
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and AI teams to deliver high-quality features in Agile (Scrum) environments
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and overall delivery execution
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, AI/ML, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Drive AI-enabled product initiatives, including integration of AI models, intelligent features, and automation capabilities
- Support validation of AI-driven outputs (e.g., accuracy, performance, bias considerations, usability)
- Monitor product performance using data insights, customer feedback, and analytics to continuously improve user experience
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with product vision and business goals
- Identify blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth and timely product delivery
- Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and organizational standards
- Support UAT, release planning, and go-live activities.
Product Owner – AI-Enabled Digital Platforms
- Drive development of AI-powered digital products and platforms
- Work closely with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent features into user-facing applications
- Ensure usability, scalability, and performance of AI-driven solutions.
Product Owner – Customer Experience & Automation
- Own end-to-end customer journeys enhanced by AI (e.g., personalization, automation, intelligent workflows)
- Balance business needs with seamless and intuitive user experience
- Continuously optimize product performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
- **7–10+ years of experience**
- as a Product Owner / Product Manager (preferably Senior or Manager level)
- Proven experience delivering
- enterprise digital products end-to-end
- Strong experience working in
- Agile environments
- (Scrum, Jira, backlog management)
- Experience working closely with
- engineering and cross-functional teams
- **Exposure to AI/ML projects**
- , including AI integration into products or platforms
- Understanding of
- AI product lifecycle
- , including integration, testing, and validation of AI-driven features
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, roadmap planning, and customer journey design
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working on
- AI-powered platforms, LLMs, or data-driven products
- Exposure to
- AI validation, prompt/output evaluation, or model performance monitoring
- Experience in
- large-scale digital or AI transformation programs
- Background in
- regulated or enterprise environments.
Location
Abu Dhabi (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite per week, typically 3 days onsite)
