Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Product Manager located in Abu Dhabi, with an option for partial work-from-home arrangements.
The Product Manager will oversee the development and implementation of product strategies, gather and analyze market and customer insights, and define product features.
Responsibilities
include bridging communication between cross-functional teams, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring project execution aligns with company goals.
The role also involves continuous monitoring of product performance and adapting strategies where necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Product Management, including creating roadmaps and defining strategies
- Strong skills in Market Research and identifying customer needs
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
- Experience in Project Management and overseeing product development processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, with the ability to manage work both in-office and remotely
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the UAE job market or knowledge of local business practices is a plus
