- 🎯 The Role
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead product development initiatives from concept to launch.
- The ideal candidate will define product vision, manage product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure products deliver strong customer value and business outcomes.
- 🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive research to identify product opportunities
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business impact
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Manage product planning, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement processes
- Define product metrics, analyze performance data, and drive optimization initiatives
- Create product documentation, user stories, specifications, and feature priorities
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer expectations
- Present product strategies, progress updates, and recommendations to leadership
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business analysis, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing product initiatives or leading cross-functional teams preferred
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience working with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver products
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, or similar platforms
- Customer-focused mindset with strong business and technical understanding
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
