Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Product Manager, based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility for some remote work.
The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of the academy's training programs, conducting market research to identify trends and user needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Additional responsibilities include managing product roadmaps, analyzing customer feedback, and ensuring that training offerings align with organizational goals.
Regular reporting and performance metrics analysis will be key tasks in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in product management, roadmap planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and customer feedback interpretation.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Technical knowledge or experience with digital platforms and tools relevant to training and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in the professional training or education sector is highly desirable.
