Role Description
This part-time hybrid role of Product Manager is based in Abu Dhabi, with a flexible arrangement for some remote work.
The Product Manager will oversee the planning and execution of initiatives, ensuring all projects align with Tamkeen's goals.
Responsibilities
include defining product strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, evaluating product performance, and driving improvements to enhance user engagement.
The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align on objectives, analyze market trends, and ensure exceptional quality of the platform.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management, including planning, road-mapping, and delivering high-quality products
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Research, and identifying user needs
- Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder Coordination skills
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and familiarity with tools used in product design and development
- Exceptional Communication and Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and foster partnerships
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment and efficiently manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in community engagement or youth empowerment initiatives is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
