Role Description
This part-time Health Specialist role supports the Ministry’s efforts to improve family health and well-being.
Responsibilities
include providing expert guidance on occupational health and medicine, facilitating health promotion programs, and offering tailored support to address family health challenges.
A successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance healthcare services and carry out duties in a hybrid arrangement based in Abu Dhabi, allowing for some flexibility to work from home.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring a client-centered approach in all interactions.
- Expertise in Occupational Health and Medicine, with knowledge of best practices and regulatory standards.
- Experience in Health Promotion, including designing and implementing wellness initiatives or campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Medicine, Public Health, or a related field.
- Ability to adapt and contribute in a hybrid work environment (in-office and remote).
- Knowledge of local health and family welfare initiatives in the UAE is a plus.
