Role Description
This is a part-time Product Manager role based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.
The Product Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of products, from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Responsibilities
include conducting market research, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and evaluating product performance against KPIs.
The role also involves engaging with stakeholders to prioritize product development initiatives and maintaining a product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Product Management and Project Management expertise, including the ability to create product roadmaps and manage development cycles.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Competitive Analysis to inform data-driven decision making.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration skills for effective teamwork across various stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and Analytical Thinking to identify solutions and optimize product outcomes.
- Experience with Agile methodologies or other relevant product development frameworks is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to evaluate and prioritize product features and changes based on customer and business needs.
- Technology Savvy with an understanding of tools for task management, product tracking, and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in the consultancy industry or knowledge of the Middle Eastern market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid working environment.
