Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Product Manager based in Abu Dhabi with the flexibility to work from home as required.
The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, plan, and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Tamkeen’s mission and stakeholders.
The role involves conducting market research, gathering and prioritizing user requirements, and translating needs into detailed product specifications.
The Product Manager will also oversee project timelines, allocate resources, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
Additional responsibilities include analyzing product performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance features, usability, and engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Product Management, Roadmap Development, and Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
- Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Metrics Interpretation to inform product decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively, lead cross-functional teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Problem-solving capabilities with Project Management and Resource Allocation experience.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar software is a plus.
- Passion for youth empowerment, leadership, and social innovation is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
