We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Product Manager to play a crucial role in guiding our product development and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of products, ensuring they align with Mintlayer's vision and customer expectations
- Collaborate closely with both the management and development teams
- Develop strategies to enhance product performance and market penetration
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders
- Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder feedback, translating it into product improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-focused company, ideally within the blockchain or finance sector
- Strong understanding of Web 2.0 development strategies and frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
