About This Role
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
- Define and execute growth strategies focused on GCC market entry and expansion
- Identify high-potential new product opportunities aligned with market needs and trends
- Develop and refine business models to support scalable and sustainable growth
Product Innovation & Go-To-Market
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new product initiatives (ideation validation launch)
- Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies
- Ensure product-market fit through customer insights, testing, and iteration
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Conduct deep market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis within GCC
- Translate data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions
- Monitor regional trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels
- Evaluate investment opportunities and new revenue streams
- Support negotiations and relationship management with key stakeholders
Performance & Business Planning
- Develop growth forecasts, financial models, and KPIs
- Track and report on performance of new initiatives and product launches
- Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data and insights
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on growth, innovation, and market positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align teams around growth priorities
- Mentor team members and promote a culture of innovation and accountability
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 8+ years of experience in business growth, strategy, consulting, or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching or scaling products in the GCC or similar markets
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behavior, and regulatory landscape
- Experience in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth environments is highly preferred
- Solid knowledge of financial modeling, business planning, and performance metrics
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in execution
