Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Product Development Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Product Development Manager will oversee the end-to-end development of new real estate and property-related products, from concept and feasibility through launch and post-launch optimization.
Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor analysis, defining product requirements, and collaborating with design, engineering, sales, and finance teams to ensure commercial viability.
The role involves preparing business cases, tracking key performance indicators, and refining offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
The Product Development Manager will also support stakeholder presentations, coordinate project timelines, and ensure alignment with Dubai Developments’ strategic objectives and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Management and Research and Development (R&D) skills, with experience managing products through the full lifecycle.
- Excellent Market Research and Analytical Skills to evaluate opportunities, assess risk, and build data-driven business cases.
- Sales acumen and the ability to collaborate with commercial teams to position and refine offerings based on client needs.
- Background in real estate, property development, or related infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving.
