Product Development Chef
Education
- al qualification: Diploma in Culinary Arts

- Main tasks:
- Creating and developing new, high-quality recipes inspired by Saudi heritage that suit customer tastes.
- Conducting cooking tests and improving recipes to suit market needs and meet quality standards.
- Analyzing and guiding markets based on feedback to ensure product quality and acceptance.
- Training kitchen teams on new preparation methods and recipes.
- Providing technical suggestions for product development in accordance with food safety standards and health requirements.

Required qualifications
- and experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in hot kitchens, including outstanding experience in the Saudi market kitchen.
- High ability to innovate and develop products and recipes with modern tastes and diverse techniques.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and the tastes of the Saudi consumer, and skill in analyzing food data.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and excellent leadership and training skills.
- Proficiency in working under pressure and delivering exceptional quality at all stages of product development.
