The Product Development Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end development of products and solutions, from ideation through execution and delivery.
The role works closely with strategy, consulting, and technical teams to ensure product alignment with market needs, client requirements, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Translate business and client requirements into clear product features and specifications.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with company strategy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (consulting, design, tech, and operations) to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements.
- Support the design of scalable and innovative solutions for clients and internal use.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on KPIs and feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of product milestones within scope and quality standards.
- Support pre-sales and business development teams with product-based solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product development processes and methodologies.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience in product management or product development roles.
- Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or tech-enabled services is a plus.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Candidate must hold suadi nationality
