Role overview
Manage the end-to-end design and manufacturing lifecycle for childrenswear and technical workwear.
Bridge creative design and technical execution from initial trend concept through factory handoff and final fit approval.
Balance comfortable childrenswear aesthetics with the functional utility required for workwear.
Responsibilities
- Develop apparel concepts, mood boards, and color palettes.
- Build and maintain production-ready Tech Packs in Adobe Illustrator and PLM software.
- Include accurate flat sketches, bills of materials, stitching details, and measurement specifications in Tech Packs.
- Manage multiple seasons, keep tech sheets organized, and meet corporate calendar deadlines.
Requirements and qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional apparel product development and fashion design experience.
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator proficiency and experience with PLM systems.
- Knowledge of pattern making, textile properties, sewing construction, garment wash processes, and size grading.
- Portfolio demonstrating completed apparel Tech Packs, flat sketches, and photos of finished garments.
- Childrenswear or technical/performance wear experience is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹200,000–₹350,000 per year.
