About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Designer.
You will play a critical role in shaping both the visual and structural design of complex, AI-driven software products.
Your contributions will directly influence the company s trajectory and the success of our innovative product suite.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design efforts, including UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and testing.
- Experiment with new AI design tools like Lovable, v0, and more to define how Product Design s function on product teams is changing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into elegant, intuitive solutions.
- Design sophisticated software experiences tailored for enterprise and governmental environments, prioritizing usability, scalability, and aesthetics.
- Help establish and evolve the design system and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all products.
- Advocate for the user, continuously seeking insights and data to iterate and refine our product experiences.
