We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Content Specialist with strong experience in e-commerce product management , image editing , and Shopify uploads to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Product Content Specialist will be responsible for accurately creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across the Setinone.ae online store. This includes uploading product information, pricing, specifications, and images while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in furniture or home décor e-commerce , with a strong eye for detail and basic image editing skills .

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and manage product listings on Shopify, ensuring all information (title, SKU, description, dimensions, price, stock, etc.) is accurate and complete.
  • Edit and optimize product images (size, background, lighting, naming) to meet website standards.
  • Organize and categorize products correctly by type, collection, and brand .
  • Ensure consistency in product descriptions, measurements, and formatting .
  • Work closely with the content, category, and design teams to maintain product accuracy and SEO-friendly listings.
  • Monitor product uploads for errors, broken links, or missing data , and take corrective action.
  • Support in bulk uploads, CSV imports, and Shopify data management .
  • Maintain inventory records and pricing updates on the backend system.
  • Assist with banners, product tags, and cross-sell/upsell setup when needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to gather missing product details or media.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, product management, or e-commerce operations .
  • Proven experience in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle product uploads .
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify (mandatory).
  • Basic image editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Proficient in Excel, CSV handling, and bulk data imports .
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with SEO-friendly product content and naming conventions .
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Based in the UAE with prior experience in local or regional e-commerce companies.
