Product analytics and insight
- Analyse performance across the full funnel, from traffic and applications through repayment and credit outcomes.
- Build and maintain dashboards, metrics and data models for Product, Credit and Operations.
- Design and measure experiments involving customer journeys, pricing and A/B tests.
- Investigate anomalies in data, code or customer journeys.
Unit economics and growth
- Model acquisition cost, approval and take-up rates, pricing, funding cost, expected loss, servicing cost and lifetime value.
- Track contribution margin and cohort profitability by product, channel and partner.
- Identify growth opportunities in segments, channels, products and pricing, and evaluate cross-sell and repeat lending.
- Evaluate partner opportunities and build business cases covering volume, economics, integration effort and risk.
Building and shipping
- Use AI coding tools to build and ship product across front-end and back-end, from prototypes to live features.
- Build internal tools, automations and data workflows.
- Build dashboards in AWS QuickSight and track funnels, events and experiments in PostHog.
- Use SQL and Python to retrieve, model and analyse data.
- Work with engineers on API, decisioning-flow and data-pipeline specifications, testing and release validation.
- Support Product Managers with discovery, delivery and partner onboarding.
Launch readiness and operations
- Define success criteria and metrics for product launches.
- Design test scenarios covering edge cases and failure modes, and test customer journeys end to end before release.
- Work with QA to support stable releases, monitor production and triage bugs with engineering.

Requirements
- The role is aimed at graduates in STEM or Economics.
- Use SQL and Python to retrieve, model and analyse data.
- Be proficient with the analytics stack, including AWS QuickSight dashboards and PostHog funnel, event and experiment tracking.
- Build and ship product using AI coding tools across front-end and back-end work.
- Work across product, data and commercial analysis in a regulated consumer-finance environment.
