Role overview
Junior Product Associate role supporting digital products and product development.
Works with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and other teams to improve product experience.

Work arrangement
- Location is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and the role is on-site.
- The job is full-time.
- Candidates with immediate availability are preferred; notice periods up to 30 days are welcome.
Key responsibilities
- Understand products, features, users, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, QA, and other teams.
- Analyze user feedback, product reviews, and support issues.
- Identify product problems, usability issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Document requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
- Participate in testing, QA, and feature validation.
- Troubleshoot basic product and usability issues with technical teams.
- Conduct market, competitor, and product research.
- Track issues, feedback, action items, and team updates.
- Support launches, release notes, feature updates, and product communication.
- Support product analytics and prepare basic reports.
- Own assigned product tasks and complete them on time.
Required qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant industry experience in product, technical business analysis, business analysis, product support, or a similar role.
- Relevant internship experience in product, technology, business analysis, or software-related roles will also be considered.
- Good understanding of digital products, mobile or web applications, product development, and usability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge and strong attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to learn.
Education and preferred exposure
- B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
- A master's degree in a technology-related field is an added advantage.
- Preferred exposure includes product management, technical business analysis, AI or machine learning, usability, applications, analytics, QA, user research, and issue tracking.
- Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar collaboration tools are preferred.
