We are hiring a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control for our trading operations.

The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiency, ensure timely material availability, and optimize ERP-driven procurement workflows.

Procurement Strategy: Plan and execute sourcing strategies for trading goods to ensure best price, quality, and delivery timelines
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers. Build long-term partnerships and conduct periodic performance reviews
ERP Process Ownership: Manage end-end procurement cycle on ERP. Ensure accurate PR/PO, GRN, and invoice matching
Inventory & Supply Planning: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and reduce working capital through optimized inventory turns
Cost Control: Drive cost savings through negotiations, alternate sourcing, and total cost of ownership analysis
Compliance: Ensure procurement aligns with company policies, trade regulations, and audit requirements
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor procurement team. Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance for seamless operations
