About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing, vendor management and inventory control for a fast-growing trading business in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial judgment, ERP-driven procurement expertise and the ability to manage and mentor a team while keeping operations efficient and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sourcing strategies to ensure the best price, quality and delivery timelines for trading goods
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage suppliers while building long-term partnerships and conducting periodic performance reviews
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles including PR/PO, GRN and invoice matching on ERP systems
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand and optimize stock to reduce working capital
- Drive cost savings through negotiations, alternate sourcing and total cost of ownership analysis
- Ensure procurement aligns with company policies, trade regulations and audit requirements
- Lead and mentor the procurement team while coordinating with Sales, Warehouse and Finance for seamless operations
Requirements
- Degree in any field with a certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (CIPS, CSCP or CPSM preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain within a trading or manufacturing business
- Strong knowledge of ERP processes and methods with hands-on experience in ERPNext being a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Decisive with sound commercial judgment
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
