About the Role
WingsWay Training Institute is seeking an experienced and industry-driven Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics Trainer to join our academic and corporate training division in Dubai.
This role involves delivering professional qualification programmes, customised corporate training solutions, workshops, and executive learning interventions across procurement, supply chain, logistics, and operations management disciplines.
The ideal candidate should combine practical industry expertise with strong facilitation skills, modern learning methodologies, and the ability to develop impactful learning content for working professionals and corporate clients.
You will work with internationally recognised certification bodies including Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), International Federation of Procurement and Supply Management (IFPSM), American Association of Procurement, Supply-Chain, and Tourism Management (AAPSCM, USA), and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Key Responsibilities
1.
Deliver training sessions across procurement, supply chain, logistics, and operations management programmes
2.
Deliver training through classroom, virtual, and blended learning methodologies
3.
Conduct both academic and corporate training programmes for professionals and executive learners
4.
Develop and create content for new courses and customised corporate training solutions
5.
Prepare presentations, learner resources, assignments, assessments, case studies, and training materials
6.
Conduct learner assessments and support competency evaluation activities
7.
Support learners preparing for professional certification examinations
8.
Conduct market research and recommend new in-demand programmes to support departmental growth
9.
Support seminars, webinars, workshops, academic events, and industry engagement initiatives representing the institute
10.
Contribute to programme promotion through subject matter expertise and industry participation
11.
Participate in client discussions, proposal presentations, and training consultations for customised corporate learning solutions
12.
Maintain high learner engagement and training quality standards
13.
Collaborate with internal teams on curriculum enhancement and programme development initiatives
14.
Adapt training schedules based on learner and client requirements
15.
Willingness to work split shifts and flexible schedules depending on training delivery requirements
1. MCIPS qualified (mandatory)
2.
Minimum 2 years of professional training or teaching experience
3.
Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain, logistics, and operations management concepts
4.
Ability to create structured course content and learning materials independently
5.
Experience
in learner assessment, competency evaluation, and training effectiveness measurement
6.
Proficiency in online training platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or LMS platforms
7.
Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools, presentation tools, and digital collaboration platforms
8.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills
9.
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory
10.
Arabic language skills will be an advantage
11.
Corporate training experience is desirable
12.
Flexible to travel independently for client meetings, onsite corporate training programmes, and academic delivery assignments across UAE, GCC, and international locations when required
13.
UAE experience will be an added advantage
Preferred Profile
1.
Experience
in training needs analysis (TNA) and competency gap assessment is preferred
2.
Prior corporate training and client-facing experience will be highly desirable
3.
Industry practitioner with hands-on procurement, supply chain, logistics, or operations experience
4.
Comfortable engaging multinational audiences and executive-level learners
5.
Confident in facilitating professional discussions, workshops, and executive learning environments
6.
Passionate about professional education, workforce development, and industry upskilling initiatives
