Role overview

Sourcing and category strategy

• Develop and implement IT and BPO supplier and sourcing strategies to improve quality, cost, and service across PepsiCo operations.
• Lead sourcing, supplier selection, competitive bidding, contract negotiations, MSAs, SOW development, and rate analysis.
• Lead cross-divisional teams in strategy implementation, contract negotiations, and project planning.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, competitive bids, maintenance renewals, and procurement projects.

Supplier performance and productivity

• Deliver annual productivity targets and sustainable cost savings; track vendor spend and evaluate preferred suppliers to optimize the supplier base.
• Manage supplier performance against key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Apply company policies and terms to secure favorable economics and mitigate risk; improve process efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Research and implement industry best practices; encourage MWBE supplier use and second-tier spend reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 8–10 years’ experience in Procurement, Finance, or IT, with success across challenging prior roles.
• Strong collaboration, communication, influencing, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Able to lead change, work in a matrixed environment, show resilience and initiative, communicate with global stakeholders, and treat people fairly.

Preferred and additional experience

• Experience procuring IT services, enterprise software tools, and hardware/telecom is described as ideal.
• Developed skills using AI agents and chatbots to expedite contract review and delivery execution.
