Job Purpose
To ensure the availability of required materials and services with high quality, on time, and at the most cost-effective price, supporting smooth operations and achieving company objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute daily purchasing activities in line with company policies and procedures.
- Source suppliers and negotiate to obtain the best prices and terms.
- Prepare and review purchase requests and purchase orders.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure received materials meet the required specifications.
- Coordinate with different departments to identify procurement needs.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement and costs.
- Comply with quality policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in procurement.
Good knowledge of ERP systems and procurement systems.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (intermediate to advanced level).
