Overview

• نظام العمل:
• هجين (مزيج بين العمل من المكتب والعمل من المواقع).
• الوصف الوظيفي:
• موظف المشتريات مسؤول عن توفير مواد البناء والتشطيبات لمشاريع الشركة بأفضل الأسعار والجودة وفي الوقت المحدد. يعمل بشكل مباشر مع مدراء المشاريع والموردين لضمان سير العمل في المواقع دون تأخير، ويساهم في تحسين كفاءة سلسلة الإمداد وتقليل التكاليف.
• المهام والمسؤوليات:
• تنفيذ عمليات الشراء لمواد البناء والتشطيبات (سباكة، كهرباء، مواد بناء، مواد تشطيب).
• البحث عن الموردين ومقارنة الأسعار والعروض والحصول على أفضل الشروط من حيث السعر والجودة ومدة التوريد.
• التفاوض مع الموردين والمصانع لإبرام أفضل الاتفاقيات.
• إعداد طلبات الشراء (PO) وأوامر التوريد ومتابعتها حتى التسليم.
• بناء قاعدة بيانات للموردين وتحديثها بشكل مستمر، وتقييم أدائهم.
• التنسيق المباشر مع مدراء المشاريع والمهندسين لفهم احتياجات المواقع.
• متابعة جودة المواد المستلمة ومطابقتها للمواصفات المطلوبة.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية لمقارنات الأسعار وتحليل تكاليف المواد.
• إدارة المخزون والتنسيق مع المستودعات لضمان توفر المواد.
• المؤهلات المطلوبة:
• بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الهندسة، سلاسل الإمداد، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مشتريات قطاع المقاولات أو التشطيبات (شرط أساسي).
• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابةً (شرط أساسي).
• معرفة قوية بسوق مواد البناء والتشطيبات في الرياض.
• خبرة في التعامل مع موردين محليين ومصانع (الفنار، أسلاك الرياض، شركات السيراميك والصحية).
• إتقان برامج Microsoft Office وخاصة Excel.
• يفضّل من لديه خبرة في أنظمة ERP مثل (Oracle, SAP, Procore).
• مهارات تفاوض قوية وقدرة على بناء علاقات مهنية مع الموردين.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد.
• رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities for construction and finishing materials (plumbing, electrical, building materials, finishing materials).
• Source suppliers, compare prices and offers, and secure the best terms in price, quality, and lead time.
• Negotiate with suppliers, factories, and distributors to achieve optimal agreements.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), and follow up until delivery and receipt.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive supplier database with continuous performance evaluation.
• Coordinate directly with project managers and site engineers to understand site requirements.
• Inspect received materials to ensure compliance with required specifications.
• Prepare regular price comparison reports and material cost analyses.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses to ensure material availability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement within the construction or fit-out sector (mandatory).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English – speaking and writing (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of the building and finishing materials market in Riyadh.
• Proven experience dealing with local suppliers and factories (Al-Fanar, Riyadh Cables, ceramic and sanitary ware suppliers).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Procore) is a strong plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term professional relationships with suppliers.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driving license.
