The role supports vendor contracts selected by internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and IT.

The company handles around 40 contracts per month, across international vendors, English-language contracts, multiple currencies, and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Review vendor contracts for payment, renewal, pricing, penalty, commitment, termination, and currency risks.
  • Negotiate discounts, better pricing, extended payment terms, and more flexible vendor conditions.
  • Use the existing approval flow while keeping contract turnaround times short.
  • Analyze spending to find duplicate tools, unused subscriptions, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Track contract expiry dates and prepare for renewals and renegotiations.
  • Suggest improvements to approval processes, procurement policy, and spending thresholds.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of procurement, purchasing, or financial control experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data work and comparison models.
  • Ability to interpret contracts and identify financial risks.
  • Vendor negotiation experience with a record of cost savings.
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher; contracts and negotiations are in English.
  • Experience with international vendors across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
  • Use LLMs and AI tools for contract review, spend analysis, and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial models.

Preferred experience and tools

  • IT-company procurement experience with SaaS subscriptions, IT services, or licenses is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, DocuSign, Jira, or similar systems is a plus.

Workplace

  • The employer describes its culture as remote-first, with no mandatory office days and flexibility to work from the place that works best.

Benefits and culture

  • Flexible working hours without a fixed 9-to-5 schedule, coordinated with the team.
  • Time off includes a birthday holiday, 10 personal days annually, seven sick days without paperwork, and additional Christmas and New Year time off.
  • The employer describes its mission as making the digital world secure, accessible, and inclusive.
  • The employer offers market-benchmarked pay, development plans, and a global working environment.
