Role Summary
Responsible for managing procurement operations, sourcing quality goods and services at competitive costs, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to support business goals.
Location: Alkhobar.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process Purchase Orders (POs) from issuance to final delivery.
- Source new vendors and maintain an updated approved supplier list.
- Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluate bids, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure delivered items meet required standards.
- Track order fulfillment timelines and mitigate potential supply chain delays.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement/sourcing.
- Strong command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Proven negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in procurement ERP systems.
